Art portrait prompt guide
How to brief SnapGen AI Art for oil looks, bridal sets, and gallery-ready stills that keep likeness and mood.
A strong art set starts with a clear brief. Use this guide when you generate oil portraits, bridal looks, or editorial stills in SnapGen AI Art.
Lead with the subject
Say who is in the frame and what must stay true: age range, hair, expression, wardrobe. If you upload a reference photo, say what to keep (likeness, pose) and what can change (backdrop, lighting, medium).
Name the medium and mood
Be specific about the look: oil on linen, soft Rembrandt light, cool atelier charcoal, warm bridal gold. One medium + one mood beats a long list of adjectives.
Frame like a photographer
Call the shot: three-quarter portrait, full-length bridal, tight face study, or wide editorial. Add lens feel only when it helps (85mm portrait, soft falloff).
Keep one job per image
Do not ask for five outfits and three locations in one prompt. Generate a hero frame first, then vary pose or palette in a second pass.
Short films need a beat
For Studio clips, write a single action and camera move: “slow push-in on the bride as veil catches window light.” Short, cinematic, one beat.
Credits and Max plans
Image Max and Veo Max unlock included monthly quotas. Pay-as-you-go credits cover extra models. Failed runs do not spend credits.
